Seychellois are an Oriental-type cat found in three color patterns, all bicolor and each describing a varying degree of color on the body, head, and tail in relation to the white.

There are only a small handful of Seychellois breeders worldwide.

The Seychellois personality is similar to that of other Oriental-type cats: lively, energetic, overtly affectionate, and outgoing.

Associations: The breed was developed in the 1980s. The Seychellois breed is accepted by FIFe and provisionally by TICA. In most associations it is a color pattern rather than a separate breed. They would be considered bicolor Oriental Shorthair or Oriental Longhair.
